Raymond Arvizu, Attorney
Raymond Arvizu represents clients in immigration matters, including cancelation of removal, asylum, U Visa, VAWA and family-based applications.
A native of Arizona, Raymond attended the University of Arizona for both his BA in Political Science and Juris Doctorate. While in college and shortly after, Raymond served as a congressional intern and liaison where he got his first hands-on experience with immigration matters and federal immigration agencies.
While in law school, Raymond was an active member of a number of student clubs including the Latino Law Student Association and Pride Law. Eager for early litigation experience, Raymond served as a Rule 38 (d) prosecutor while still in law school. Raymond is admitted to the Minnesota Bar.
Raymond prides himself on being a fierce and charismatic advocate for all of his clients. He approaches each case with care and legal creativity to identify ideal claims and strong defenses that best suit his client’s needs. He strives to help families stay together while protecting their rights every step along the way.
Naima Said, Senior Consulting Attorney
Before joining Motion Law in 2020, Naima Said has dedicated almost 30 years to her practice in Columbia, Maryland, serving immigrants from far and wide. She is committed to serving her community with the years of experience she has accumulated navigating almost every immigration process including some of the most complex immigration cases. Naima wants to be part of your journey to America and all it offers. She relys her own expertise and that of the highly experienced team at Motion Law to prepare your case.

Alexandra Kraemer, Of Counsel
As an Immigration lawyer at Motion Law, Ali is dedicated to protecting immigrant rights. In addition, Ali is a member of the Wisconsin Bar and has been practicing immigration law since 2019.
She has successful experience with all types of cases including Asylum, Adjustment of Status, Citizenship/Naturalization, Fiance/Fiancee Visas (K-1), Family Petitions, Cancellation of Removal, Waivers, U -VIsas and much more. Ali is from the midwest and a graduate University of Wisconsin Law School and the University of St. Thomas.
Client Care Manager
Claire holds a graduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and holds a undergraduate degree in Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College from her hometown in Florida. She has interned at the Public Defender's office where her aspirations to become an attorney grew. Claire is studying to become an immigration attorney and help immigrants across the US to achieve their immigration needs. She has experience as an immigration paralegal and enjoys helping to ease the stress of clients through managing their immigration process.
Jessica graduated from New York University with a degree in History and minor in Law and Society. She has more than 4 years of paralegal experience and plans to go to law school to become an immigration attorney. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. As a first generation American, Jessica is passionate about immigrant rights and helping keep families together. Jessica has worked for Naima Said for 3 years and has managed asylum, cancellation of removal, U-visa, T-visa, SIJS, family-based petitions, VAWA, I-601A waiver, and consular processing cases.
Uraynab Said has more than 15 years experience in law firm management and over 20 years experience in the immigration law field. She has a Masters Degree in Liberal Arts from St. John's College, Annapolis, Maryland. Uraynab is a dedicated and highly knowledgeable leader of business development and operations management. She has a talent for leading high performance teams with a focus on client satisfaction. As General Manager, Uraynab is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of Motion Law.
Andrew Haywood is a business entrepreneur who has owned and managed a number of successful businesses both in the US and his native UK. As a holder of British and American Citizenship , Andrew has lived in the US since 2010 and has worked in the field of Immigration Law for a number of years. A passionate advocate of "client care", with a strong eye for detail, Andrew's success in business has been consistently founded upon the focused promotion and effective delivery of exceptionally high standards of customer service to all clients of his business operations.
